Teams of Program Leaders: Program Directors, Directors, Managers & Executive Directors
Program Leaders who have already completed OST Supervisory in Fall 2024, Fall 2025, or Spring 2025
Program Leaders who can commit to all four sessions

Designed as a continuation of OST Supervisory, OST Supervisory 2 shifts the focus from individual skills to program-wide systems.
This four-part series supports OST Supervisors in developing program practices and procedures informed by their organization’s handbooks & policies, as well as mentoring practices that reinforce expectations, support staff growth, and strengthen team culture.
