This Train-the-Trainer Series is Designed for OST Professionals Who:
Commit to all four sessions;

See Youth Work as a profession and want to continue strengthening their practice over time
Support the onboarding, mentoring, or professional development of staff
Are interested in building the skills to facilitate learning with their peers and teams
Team Leaders and Program Directors who want to deepen their understanding of youth development frameworks and how they show up in daily practice
