Barb has over 20 years of experience in out-of-school-time programming and leadership and has been with the Cambridge STEAM Initiative since 2018. She focuses on quality, connection, and equity while lifting up the work of educators and experiences of our young people across the city. Play and joy are at the heart of her work.
